Roseal Bettis has over 15 years experience associated with IT Service Delivery, Healthcare IT and Telecommunications Call Center environments. In 2003, he took a four-year sabbatical to care for his mother during her extended illness.

Roseal currently resides in Middle Tennessee and is a reformed couch potato, Africana Studies buff and open source enthusiast.
