Come on, man. Why do people continue to demonize Microsoft as "Big Brother" while propping up Google simultaneously? Google has FAR surpassed any levels of privacy invasion and personal data mining that Microsoft could have ever dreamed of reaching. Google now controls the greater majority of your data through their attempted monopolization of all electronic communications and even offline data: Google Search, Google Email (Gmail), Google Docs, Google Health, Google Books, Google Desktop, Google Chrome, Google Earth, Google Moon, Google Mars, Google Ocean, Google StreetView, Google Calendar, Google Voice, Google Checkout, Google Enterprise, Google PowerMeter, Google Trends, Google Content Network, Google Android (Phone OS) and now Google Chrome Desktop OS.

All made possible by their corporate greed and cannibalization of true open source software developments & projects either through financial means, political lobbying, corporate espionage and strong-arm tactics. Meanwhile they continue to spread their roots throughout the world, tossing aside their very own "philosophy" of web democracy and freedom of information.

I'm a huge advocate of Open Source as well, but also a believer that competition is always best for the end user.

I like how you put it. "It's not about content, it's about community". That's a great way to look at it and I shall follow that rule.

As long as it's benefiting others. I'm not sure if my comment will get to you because my computer is acting up but hopefully it will. You are my "HERO" Love You ........Cousin Helen
